MEG CUMMINGS
Meg left her fiancee Tim at the altar, after she caught him cheating with her best friend Connie. She headed to Sunset Beach in search of her cyber love SB. SB later turned out to be Ben. But they had to face two obstacles Annie and Tim Megs former fiancee.
Later in months Ben's former dead wife appeared at their wedding only to catch Meg's bouquet. It later revealed they were not married. With Maria back, its been one obstacle after another, first Maria moved in with them as she had no memory, and then a woman turned up named Tess, to say Maria and Ben had a son together named Benji.
This is probably thier biggest obstacle as they split up. But if the spoilers are right this may be Derek, Ben's evil twin.
Ben and Meg are a couple that are made for one another, and will hopefully be back together one day.

MARIA EVANS
Maria Torres Evans was Ben's first wife. One the day he thought she died they had a terrible fight as he caught her in bed with his brother Derek. But little to his knowledge Derek tricked her. They went out on Ben's boat named the Maria and there was a storm. Maria fell of the boat and believed to have drowned. Ben tortured himself for years believing he hadn't done enough to save her.
After that had gone through. Meg and Ben started to rebuild their lives. And Meg met a freind called Dana who had lost her memory. An earthquake happened and Dana and Meg became very close. Then there was the wedding. Dana arrives at the reception, only to catch Megs bouquet and we discover she is Maria. She moves in with Meg and Ben to recover her memory, and only gets in the way
DEREK ROBERTSON
Derek is bens evil twin brother. Derek appeared after terror island in Bens place. He tried to take over Bens life. By keeping him kidnapped, and living out Bens life.
He even killed a few favourite characters like Eddie and Mark. And it looks as though Tim may be his next victim.
He didnt count on Meg. And he fell in love with her. Even though Meg eventually figured out who he was. And Ben and Derek had a fight to the death
