Explanation :

• Catch the club with an upwards movement having your wrist make an upward circular motion , so that when you throw the club from the throwing position your hand is facing downwards (take some practice)
• There are two different ways I've seen chops done
  • All wrist movement from a low juggle ( similar to Under the arm ) or using
  • Using wrist and lower arm (bigger movement)
• I personally like the bigger movement of the chop with one looking like it is going over the othe club.

Tip : The secret that I've found that works for me is that you need to go up to meet the club as chop is part of the catch. h
You could also say the throw is like throwing under the arm.

Some say it leads to a Karate like motion, therebye the way you may see it in Performance. ( Hayyyy Yaaaahhhh !!!)
