| I will promote positive discipline. This means rewarding good behaviour, encouraging self-discipline and respect for others, setting realistic limits according to age, setting a good example, being consistent, praise, appreciation and attention, and building children's self-esteem. |
| Above all my aim is to produce a warm, happy, loving and fun environment where a child can feel safe and know they belong. |
