Demo Fuse For a Fiver
This is a working demo fuse. It was a little something I made while working as a technician at St. Bede's.
Basically this is a pair of Unilab clear plastic shells, a pair of crocodile clips attached to a piece of wood or plastic, two 4mm terminals, connecting wire and strands of wire from mains flex (0.2mm sort of size).
To use this If you set up a circuit with a 6V bulb, the fuse and a 6V PSU. This should work fine with the bulb lighting up. If you then short circuit the bulb and the fuse will blow. It looks really good, I thought so anyway.
