The scene is CGA 2/C year -- Tony Alejandro and Bob Barnes having paid 15 cents to see Subject movie. After Bette Davis' "friends" set her up to drive up mad, Bette starts crawling up the stairs, looks up and sees an unpleasant surprise. At that moment, Jim Andrasick ('65) and date decide to leave on the left side door exit, which makes a very loud noise at the same time Bette is about to lose her sanity. I will always remember how Tony jumped out of his seat, being absorbed in the movie and hearing the door's noise. It's still one of my favorite movies.

Ms. Kitty and I had a nice visit from that Cripple Creek, CO slum lord pair, Bill and Susan Fox last week. They had made their annual pilgramige to Southern Calif to make minimum repairs on their rental properties so they wouldn't be sued for neglect etc etc. After a fine dinner and several bottles of rotgut wine we were finally able to push them out the door and get some shuteye. I contacted Aircraft Owners and Pilots Assn to try and get a handle on when my license might be forthcoming from the Feds in Oklahoma City; was advised the red tape has been stretched to 6-8 week backlog. Other than that Chemo Sabe is alive and well, pla ing golf and tennis and working in the office and bored to tears.
