The Walt Disney College Program is made up of three different parts. The learning, living, and earning.
The living is basically the apartments you live in. The program wants you to bond wuth others and learn to live responsibly.
The earning, is your role in Disney World itself. No matter what role you have, attractions to merchandise you'll have a great time.
The learning has changed over the last few years. It used to be made up of seminars you needed to attend and you learned the business of Disney. Now you can get more college credit, so you have to do more. I am not sure what the program entails now, but you need to try it.
