1. All person attending this conference must register with the registrars before they could enjoy the privileges of the conference.

2. All delegates must be punctual in attending the meetings and the activities of the conference.

3. No delegates should leave the conference site without permission of the Planning Committee. Those delegates under the age of 16 must also obtain permission from their parents or guadians before leaving the conference site.

4. All delegates are responsible to keep the premises clean and quiet.

5. All damages or loss of conference articles must be reported to the conference staff or to the Planning Committee immediately.

6. Delegates must wear their own name tags at all times.

7. Delegates must return to their rooms by 11:00pm and keep quiet.

8. Absolutely no changing of rooms without permission.

9. No males are allowed in female residence and vice versa.

10. Smoking, drinking and use of illicit drugs are strictly prohibited.

11. No walkmans, CD players, fictions or any electronic games are allowed for leisure use during the conference.

12. No playing cards or any gambling devices should be brought to the conference.

13. The Planning Committee will not be held liable for any personal loss, damage or injury during the conference.
