Worthy Prelate - Danny Lame AW #633

Well, here it is, the end of another semester and sadly my last at Southwestern. Luckily enough, I had the pleasure of being the Worthy Prelate my last semester. This job, while being tame to some offices such as Worthy Master-At-Arms or Worthy Chief Counselor, has made me a better member and person. I see this office as the perfect office to hold for the person who wants to be involved, but still not sure of the responsibility required. In my year as a member, I believe that I made the best of the office. Attending Grand Council, just after becoming a member and serving as our delegate, was a definite highlight in my career with the Alpha Omega chapter. At the Regional meeting I had the most fun that I have ever had at a Phi Delta Chi function. Adding all of these experiences together, they equal the right choice that I made when I pledged this fraternity many months ago.

Needless to say, this office’s responsibilities are growing along with the size of the fraternity. We have grown as brothers and I am sure that 20-30 years from now I’ll still say, "Alterum Alterius Auxilio Eget" proudly!

One last thing, I want to give a shout...wait...er...um...never mind.
