Okay are they here??? Maybe not, but I think they are, and have been for some time!!!
I've been interested in the "unexplained" since I was very young when I used to get ghost books out from the library, and scare myself shitless at night. One time I was reading just such a book B4 bed but it was so scary I sat at the top of the stairs crying for my mummy and daddy (I was only young!!!) but did I have an active imagination or what!!! This particular time my dad comes up the stairs saying ( as they always doo) I TOLD YOU SO!!! and promptly sent me back off to bed without my precious little ghost book who's reason I was really scared.
But since then my interests have leaned more towards technology, like computers, and robotics, which is why I think mechanics will be out by the early millenium.
With the increase in publications last year, such as Alien Encounters, as well as UFO Mag, there has been a sudden interest in the "freaky" subject of UFO's. These mags are pretty cool giving a wide range of info as well as the occasional "conclusive" (yeah right!!!) piece of evidence that Aliens exist and are exploring our planet vigorously. But with some of the photos that are floating about (forgive the pun!!!), as well as stories, with plenty of credible witnesses, I do actually believe this to be the case.
I'll try to get hold of as many photos and stories as possi, to intreague the uneducated mind of the amazingness of the subject and make you think just "What If?".
For starters I've included the classifications of UFO witnesses, from CE1- CE5.

Investigators have devised many ways to "classify" UFO sightings. The most commonly used is shown below. This system is based on the amount of contact the individual witness has with the aliens, it startes with CE1, and runs through to CE5 (the ultimate experience with aliens.
Close Encounter of the 1st kind, CE1
This is basically just when the witness sees a craft of some discription in the sky. There is no interaction between the witness(s) and the craft itself.
CE2
When the witness sees the craft, they sometimes notice that, or feel that the craft see them too!!! A close encounter of the 2nd kind is when the craft interacts with the witness in a basic sense, i.e it will flash at him/her when sh/he flashes a torch at it!!!

This is the "ultimate experience" (or most nasty!!!). There are substantial cases whereby the witness (if you can still call them that at the time!!!) has an intimate experience with the alien being itself, I don't mean in the sexual sense (altho there are reports of it!!!)
I intend to bring to you a selection of such cases, all have a reasonable amount of evidence to back up the claims, such as strange marks on the body of the alleged abductees as well as witnesses and the creme de la creme, the holy grail of abductee research:- alleged implants taken from such people, altho' these have yet to be analysed to a significant level.

THEORIES OF THE UFO PHENOMONEN
The Ancient Astonaut Theory
This theory suggests that at the beginning of human history an alien race visited Earth for some reason, and interacted with the species on the planet. There are several sub theories involved here such as aliens genetically engineered mankind, etc but I will go into this in September when I'll have the resources with me.
The Inter Dimensional Theory
This theory suggests UFO's are piloted by a race capable of travelling thro' dimensional gaps to visit our world, in fact they may even have come from Earth themselves in a different dimension. Again, more later.
The Time Travel Theory
This theory suggets that in the future man has developed the means of time travel, which is actually possible according to Einstein. They have come back to study us as archeologists sift thro' the soil toaday, looking for our past.
Or they could be coming back to try and prevent an event that will happen in our future (their past) that drastically effected them and will us too. MORE TO COME...
The Extra-terrstrial Hypothesis
This is the famous theory which everybody thinks of when the topic of UFO's comes up.
The Human Theory
Technology is at present advancing at a dramatic rate, the computer you are reading this off now will, no doubt be obselete in 2 years time at the most, probably 1!!!
This theory suggests that mankind has already developed the means for anti gravity flight and free energy and the like, but the governments are keeping it top secret to prevent economic collapse. There is quite a bit of evudence that during WWII Hitler has actually developed Saucer shaped craft that could seriously out-manouvre Allied craft at the time!!! It is said that if Hitler had delayed the end of the war anymore then the Nazi's would have had a totally different means of air combat which would have probably reversed the outcome of the war totally!!! MORE TO COME...
The Earth Theory
What if there was another species on Earth that equalled mans intelligence, or even excelled it (not hard, some may say!!!). What if this race lived underground, or deep in the oceans away from mans influence.
Why not??? Man doesn't know everything, well not yet, or for a long time yet!!! There are many a cases of UFO's rising or diving into/ out of the deep oceans, and there's plenty of places to hide!!!
