The following image files are from my own work. I have tried to provide information on each image based on the sort of questions I have when viewing someone else's work. If I have not addressed your particular question, please feel free to contact me.

A couple of disclaimers: I am merely a competent scribe, not a good scribe. I do this because I love it, not because I am particularly gifted. I wish that this was a bunch of examples of my very best works, but the conditions under which I work make it impossible to get copies of most of the pieces I have done. Thus, some of the bits here are better examples and some are lesser examples, but, alas, I don't think them my best.

I matched the colors of the image as best I could to the item scanned. I tested the appearance on several browsers and with several systems; the best representation of scanned image coming over the wire compared to the original in my hand was through the WebTV system. This was a bit disconcerting to some of my friends, for they had paid quite a lot of money for their high performance video cards and monitors. Such is life in the high-tech lane. Digression aside, even the best systems didn't quite match the quality of the original. Furthermore, many of the scans were made from color copies rather than original artwork. The point? Most of the images have suffered some degradation in the process of being made fit for Web distribution. I did the best I could, but no digital image can ever be quite as nice as an original.

I will, of course, be updating this page as time goes on; I'll remove some and add some. Meanwhile, I hope that you will enjoy this gallery.
