dave matthews really does it for me........that's all there is to it. i do believe this has something to do with his overwhelming popularity among frat boys. i wonder how many people have done regrettable things listening to dave and i wonder how many have just blamed it on dave.

well, it looks like i'll be going to crosby, stills, nash, & young with jeff this month....eat your hearts out! i'm looking forward to it. yeah!! other than that...a pretty boring valentine's day for me. i went to st. peter which is about 20 miles away to buy dog food and ended up grabbing some hemp twine. i think i'll try to make some necklaces tonight to keep me busy. i've been thinking about prine's words "throw out your t.v.". it seems like such a good idea. my place has become a pit and i have no desire to get off my butt and clean. eventually, i suppose. there is typically more motivation when i am expecting company....just call before you come.

ok, took the love test at the spark. this site is hilarious, apparently, i am about 67% into a relationship for love and 33% for lust and greed....wander how accurate this is anyway? now, checking out my matches...i'm sure the love of my life is in here somewhere. not! my morality is a 3 out of 10...that's a bit disturbing...i think the god question did me in. wow, the matches they gave me are looking for love at a higher percentage than i am...this is wrong...what is it they say about women?

i just spent a little time having a free i-ching reading. uugh! not what i wanted to hear, but since it's personal i won't elaborate. i actually have an i-ching kit, but it's incredibly difficult to understand, so it's stayed in it's box. i have alot more fun playing with my tarot cards. when i was in oregon i did readings for jason and randall. i prefer the 13 card reading that dictates what each month has in store for you. it seems to illustrate the cyclic nature of life. there are always good times and down times....wonder if randall has met his future bride. i decided after the i-ching experience to try an on-line tarot reading. looks like i'm in for a lot of changes....hmmmm, wander what kind of changes? seems like i've already been through a lot of changes with the move and all....don't know how much more i want things to change. these things are pretty hard to put any stock in anyway. my cards actually said that you shouldn't let others fondle your cards, but to put your energy into them...with all the greasy hands on the web these days it's hard to tell if that reading was mine or some other gullible fools. speaking of gullible fools, i just failed the 15 second iq quiz. afterwards i decided to take purity test and i guess my mother would be proud. is that good or bad...it's hard to say. oh well.

today i added a link to nobody for president to the site and played on-line all day talking to jeff , who keeps me laughing. i'm hoping to get to a few shows in the next few weeks. the big wu is playing friday in minneapolis, and alison krauss will be playing next month. yeah! also, saw that leftover will be playing at the state fair with ricky skaggs. it's beginning to look like a good time in minnesota for music.
