Footbag

Welcome to the part of Lord Caliban's House that is devoted to the sport of Footbag. Pulling out one's hacky-sack on a hot, sunny day is something that can be enjoyed by all and never seems to become boring. Hacky-sackers can be seen everywhere ranging from public parks, to malls, to university quads.

Hacking has only become a hobby for myself within the last year, but now I can not understand how I got along without it! There is nothing more exciting than trying to keep that little bean-bag from hitting the ground. For about fifteen bucks, one can get into this addicting sport. If you are ever bored and can't think of anything to do, just reach into your pocket and grab that hack.

The sport is so compelling because of its non-competitive nature. Unlike the more traditional sports like hockey, baseball, football and basketball, hacky-sacking is one in which a group of friends get together and just have fun. No competition present. And you don't even have to be friends to hack together. It is not strange for someone to politely ask a hacking group if they can join in. Why not, we are all friends here.

I have been looking for some good footbag sites and I will list them here. I will be on the constant lookout for new ones, so be sure to check back regularly!
