Who Can Join

Members of the Gulf Coast Sound include young women and men up to the including the age of 22. If your birthday falls between, or during the season. Most members have experience as members of highschool or college marching bands, and some have experience as members of other drum corps. Prior experience is helpful but not required. If you are intrested, and you have a positive attitude, you can go far with the corps. It is our job to make sure that you have the skills necessary to perform the show successfully. It is your job to come prepared, ready to prove your skills or improve them.
