Spirit Filled Hardcore"
That's what the music of Unashamed is called, and that covers their music. It's loud, it has great guitars and the voice is fantastic. The lyrics can be compared with those of Strongarm, lifting His name up high and convincing you that there's only one way and that's God's way. 12 songs of Tooth & Nail hardcore, almost an hour long , telling you that God Is With Us and Our God Is An Awesome God... What can be better ?
My favorite songs : "Meet Us Here" -appears also on the second T&N sampler - , "Everlasting Father" - yell along with this song!- and "Awesome God" -a very good cover of a song originally written by R. Mullins-.
By the way, I have seen a singer jump, I have seen a guitar player jumping around, but Unashamed beats this all : they had a jumping drummer ! (see the picture in the cd booklet).
