Although the grit was there again, HPK outplayed HIFK rather easily.
HIFK took the lead in the red seconds just after they´d fought off a box play situation. Goalscorer was #24 Sihvonen (2) on a pass by #26 Wahlberg.
The overall performance was definitively way better than against Ilves but something is missing in the formula. The goals don´t get scored the way they should.
The away record is dismal this season with only 3 games won, but after the recent poor performances the overall position has slipped to sixth with a 50% record in 32 games. Ilves is 4 points ahead in fifth and K-Espoo has closed in from behind.
If there´s to be any success a couple of trades before the dead-line on Jan 15th. Get rid of Bissett when there is the chance.
