Laura and I had an adventure today with a pathological liar...He came up and tried to tell us that his friend lived in our room last semester...except apparently this kid Phil Graffefnububbin lived under my bed cuz I never saw him! Then he told us he was an Urban Development major...like Sim City. Wow. He said he lived in Elwell last year--which we know for a FACT was a lie--but our bet is that he's a senior at Central. And the damn tape still won't stick to the walls...Maybe it used to stick when Phil lived here... Wednesday, August 27th... Pick-up line of the week, thanks to the son of a former prof: Cora: I don't know where I know you from... Him: Maybe we met in our dreams... So Laura and I are having a conniption that we didn't get 100% on any of the "Is it a female or a shemale?" quizzes...so Laura went back and rigged it so EVENTUALLY she got 100 on one of the three...lol! Wednesday, September 3rd So we had another evacuation today, the third one in a week and a half!!! We're sick of going to the Kitchen...so we headed over to J.R.'s and Ryan's...hehe! Last night, Danny Knorr paid us a surprise visit! He literally busted into the room, carrying 2 pillows and laughing hysterically. Apparently his pillow is the BEST PILLOW EVER, and a girl on his hall stole it. When he got it back, he took her pillow too, and was chased into my next door neighbor's room (lol Good job, Dan!), and eventually into 364...Me and Laura test-drove both pillows, and would like to say for the record that the girl's pillow was infinitely more comfy than Dan's feather pillow... Laura decided that the world is ruled by men simply because 90% of sports have involved balls. Where are all the sports involving ovaries?! 2/2/04 11:38 p.m. So it's DEF time to update!! Sorry the page takes so long to load.......it happens. Laura was considering transferring, but now we think Amy's lip convinced her to stay. I officially changed my major from Music Ed to Journalism, and picked up one official minor (Singing) and one unofficial one (Spanish). I don't think I really I changed as much as I had planned...in fact, I'm sure I didn't. I DID chop off my hair though...22 inches gone, donated to Locks of Love. I have become more religious, too, and I've become a semi-active member of the Protestant Campus Ministries. I go to a weekly group now, and I think it's gonna do me a lot of good. I'm sick of being a bad person... However, I did de-packrat-ize myself slightly...I cleaned out my room and sent away 6 bags of garbage and 4 boxes of yard sale junk. I'm working on cleaning out the dorm now... We rearranged a little bit, as you can see in the newer pictures above. Laur has a digicam now, so we can put recent pics up! w00t for that! Yay for the Chronicles of Narnia!! Go read them now! O-Town broke up. I heart you, boys. :*( |
