" A methodology "

bn-home.gif (12704 bytes)   [ Overview | Principals | Goals and Objectives | Practice | Messages ]

Overview:
A Computer Lottery Program should help you architect a strategy and provide you with complete statistical analysis for selecting and playing, as an individual or group, any lottery and giving you the best opportunity to win. This combination, consisting of dynamic content and universal application, ensures that all the possibilities are targeted and are relevant for each an every individual using it.
The program should identify and develop predictive models for giving out the most desirable output at the right time, in the right format, to the right people. This program should combine the power of analytical systems with numerical analysis and dynamic database systems to help the user implement a flexible, directed, and responsible methodology.

Principals:
The programs main methodology should be committed to accuracy of prediction, learning from previous experience, learning from reference points, theories of game analysis, and combinatorial procedures. These principals allow to establish a combinatorial relationship with as many opportunities and work to maximize the value of that opportunity.
With this information you should begin to architect your solutions ensuring that your game is Focused,  your analysis is Concrete, your Content is relevant, and your Technology base is solid.

Goals and Objectives:
The goal of the Programs Methodology should be to maximize the effectiveness of its predictive Powers and, in doing so, to help the enthusiast meet its associated objectives. To achieve these goals requires that:

The programs Methodology should work to identify these goals and subsequently help create systems designed to maximize the value of these commitments for the individual user.

Practice:

Identify and Prioritize Objectives
To develop and or re-engineer Numerical Analyses I must first work to identify players requirements. These findings, critical to success of the communication, provide the foundation for the messaging and design of this web site.

Your input will be  critical to this project's completion.

To identify these goals, visitors to this web site shall feedback their objectives and if possible sacrifice some of their  valuable time helping complete this project as outlined. My findings from visitor will be summarized and presented to all "participants" for prioritization and approval. This "list" of goals and objectives will serve as my Internet communication.

Identify and Map Messages
With our Message Base now defined and agreed upon, we should move to identify existing messages or create appropriate messaging.   Ideas of doing so are welcome.
The message identification process is one where we will analyze the site's content looking for references, either direct or implied,  to our message base.

Final words:
This program will NOT belong to me, but to ALL participants. The submitted or designed code & methodologies will be listed and available for all visitors.
