RipkenFanLand is definitely the best Baltimore Orioles site I have seen on the net. Don't let the name fool you though, this is not a shrine to Cal Ripken, but a comprehensive site dedicated to the Baltimore Orioles. I would have to say that the best feature of this site that seperates it from it's competition are the daily scores and recaps from every Orioles' games. These are very original, well written, and posted to the site very soon after the game. The picture gallery and player profiles are also very well done and should please any Orioles fan. One should also be sure to check out his 'About the Orioles' section that is full of great information presented in a very attractive table. Finally, I feel that the best feature of this site is the 'Quick-Score.' This feature brings up the final score in the Orioles game, when the next game will be played, as well as other notable events that the average Orioles fan would love to read about. |
