Select Edit and then Preferences from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Select Navigator in the Category dialog box
Paste or type: http://www.oocities.org/Colosseum/Park/1138/ in the Location dialog box.
Select the Home Page button under Navigator starts with and click OK.

Select Options and then General Preferences from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Select the tab labeled Appearance.
Paste or type: http://www.oocities.org/Colosseum/Park/1138/ in the Browser Starts With: dialog box.
Select the Home Page Location button and click OK.

Internet Explorer

Select View and Options from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Click on the tab labeled Navigation.
From the Page drop box, select Start Page.
Paste or type http://www.oocities.org/Colosseum/Park/1138/ into the Address box and Click OK.
