North Henderson - Girls 2A State Champions
North Henderson won it's first ever Girls State Cross-Country title, with a score of 113, easily ahead of 2nd-place Brevard, who scored 146.
Members of the winning team, in order of finish, are: Diana Henderson (20:39), Joni Gosda (21:20), Tiffaney Futch (21:54), Dea Pepper (21:59), Sherri Kolb (22:33), Carrie Nielson (22:42), and Crickit Engle (23:31).
