I began Memphis Fencing Alliance in 1995 because learning the art of fencing was something I wanted to do since childhood. As a young boy, I used to go with my best friend and watch his dad take fencing lessons. When Memphis Fencing Alliance first began the instructor was Mr. Jere Reid and Mr. Jay Scott assisted. These two gentlemen were the ones I used to watch fence! For more on Memphis Fencing Alliance.

My favorite diving has been around Bimini, Bahamas from Blackbeard's Cruises. The live-a-board sail boat provides excellent diving and fun! I've also been diving in Key West, Florida; Vortex Springs, Florida; Gulf of Mexico from Panama City, Florida; Lake Norfork, Arkansas; and Greers Ferry Lake, Arkansas.

I have over 130 jumps with my favorites being out of a DC3 at Muskogee, Oklahoma (the sky diving capital of the world) from 12,500 feet. My jumps have been put on hold until my sons are old enough to jump, and I may join them!

My worst dive from the 3-meter board was a 2¼ while attending Memphis State University. My best dive was a 2½ from the 1-meter board. My favorite dive is a half twist with no splash.
