You have the best tribute to Trevor and the heart he plays with day in and day out. He will always be in my Hall of Fame. Great Site Man!! Nice to see someone caring about Trevor. With Messier gone to the Rangers once again, GM Brian Burke is rumored in Vancouver to be seriously thinking about Re-aquiring Linden from the Habs. Also, Burke had nothing to do with the Linden rade 2 1/2 years ago that sent him to Long Island for Todd Bertuzzi. Now the only question is, who are the Canucks willing to give up to get Linden back? The Canucks don't even have a bona-fide Captain in the dressing room to replace Messier. Most people would think Naslund could get the "C", but I don't think Markus is cut out for it. To me, the Habs should ask for Peter Schaefer, for a rookie, he scored 31 points, that's one more than Linden's 30. I don't want Schaefer to go since I'm a Canucks fan but he Hab's front office isn't stupid, unless they are looking for a D-Man, Like Brent Sopel or Murray Baron, or they just wanna be plain nice to the Canucks since they are a fellow canadian team, It's probably gonna be something like Schaefer for Linden. I have signed this before but thought i would cause i want an e-mail when the new site gets finished or whatever. I have been a huge fan of Trevor's since 88, i was sad when he left Vancouver, i cried for 3 days, but now i don't want him to come back, be ause obviously he wasn't appreciated and respected enough by the team or managment. The Canucks aren't the Canucks anymore, they are a totally different team. Trev needs to be somewhere where there isn't so much pressure to be the best, where he just do his own personal best and have that be good enough.

Trevor has been my favourite player ever since he came to Vancouver in the late 80's. It's a shame they traded him, because his presence went far beyond the ice surface(although he did hit Jeff Norton through the glass!), he helped kids with problems at c nuck place, and no one will ever be able to fill his shoes (or skates) in a Vancouver uniform.

Great Site! Actually its my 10 year old son David who really loves Trevor. I just periodically check out the web for new info for him. (I think he's still too young to surf on his own). I've bookmarked this site though and I can't wait to show him. He s going to love it and be checking it out often. He's into collecting anything to do with Trevor. His walls are full of posters and photos (many signed) and his goal is to collect every Trevor Linden hockey card there is. EXCELLENT site for Trevor Linden fanatics! I luv the guy on and off the ice. Montreal is lucky to have him. Did you read the SLAM! article titled "Trevor Excited....(something)" They said Trevor had previously rebuked players for speaking French in th dressing room, he defended himself by saying that by speaking French, the others cannot understand (of course, Quebecers are touchy about the culture, language preservation thing) What a team guy and what a touchy media!
