Wolves today announced the price of matchday and season tickets for the 1999/2000
season which show an increase for the first time in two years. Sales for season
tickets will begin on Saturday May 29.
Adult season tickets have risen by an average of six percent, while matchday
tickets have all gone up in price by £1. Last year all admission prices were
frozen at 1997/8 rates. The most expensive season tickets in the centre of the
Billy Wright Stand upper tier rise by £16 from £339 to £355, while the cheapest
tickets in the Stan Cullis and Jack Harris stands will increase by £15 from
£234 to £249. The 25 game season ticket covers all home League games, plus the
club's first two home cup fixtures. Existing season ticket holders have up to
and including Friday June 25 to renew their ticket before it goes on general
sale. For non-season ticket holders, the most expensive adult matchday ticket
will be £18, and the cheapest £13. There will be a £1 discount on matchday prices
for Members and Young Wolves. A season ticket in the family enclosure, which
covers one adult plus one child, will rise by £30 from £349 to £379, while a
matchday ticket for the same area will be £20, or £18 for Members and Young
Wolves.
