A Dutchman and a German are Molineux bound as boss Colin Lee gets down to the task of strengthening his squad for the new season.
Lee who will be back at his desk on Monday after a holiday will waste no time getting the two men in before taking his squad off to Sweden for a short pre-season tour. The mystery stars are available under the Bosman ruling, but they are both described as highly experienced players. Wolves are keeping their names a closely guarded secret and no names will be released until the transfers have been completed. Ward says the two players will be permanent signings.
And Ward says that their capture will be a real feather in the cap for Lee who did a lot of groundwork on the deals before he flew off to Spain. Ward confirmed : "Colin hopes to have the two players on the books by the end of next week." He added that a third foreign star could also be Molineux bound, but only for a trial. Ward said: "We have received some good reports on this other player and he will certainly be linking up with the squad, provided he has not signed for someone else in the meantime."
