Here's the lowdown from The Shakedown: Q: Does anyone know who "The Higher Power" is? A: The WWF sure knows how to rebound. It has been two weeks since the death of Owen Hart and the federation already has its fans focused back on storylines. The "Higher Power" is the figure The Undertaker keeps referring to as the one he will offer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's soul. Austin saw the eyes behind the robe Monday on "RAW is WAR" and was shocked. Suffice to say, it will also be a shock to WWF fans. Some say it's Vince McMahon, but with the push he's been getting as a face lately, it might be too quick to turn him back into a heel. Some extreme cases have been made for "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, who has a history with Austin and The Undertaker or Shawn Michaels. The Undertaker has consistently referred to "The Higher Power" as a he, but don't be surprised if the "power" turns out to be Stephanie, Vince's 22-year daughter, or Linda McMahon, his wife.
