Tips for Coaches

  1. Give everyone in the team enough playing time. Be sure that nobody rides the bench
  2. Never discourage players. Even if your team never wins. Point out to them their strength and improvements and assure them that they can be a better team next season. Set a goal that the team will finish the league whatever their win loss record.
  3. Afirm Values - that each one is important and that each player plays a vital role in the team (spiritual and physical)
  4. Build a good relationship among the team members
  5. Encourage your players to shake hands with the other team after the game.
  6. Be a salt and a light to the team.
  7. Never forget our mission "TO WIN OUR PLAYERS TO CHRIST"
