McCall recently signed a contract which will keep him at Ibrox until June 1999. Originally signed from Everton in 1991 for £1.2 Million. He is usually described as a midfield dynamo, his all action approach is vital to the Rangers both in attack and defence. First sprang to prominence when he scored Scotland's first goal against Sweden in the 1990 World Cup.
