Rangers Targets Francesco Moriero Francesco Moriero Rangers have been linked with 27 year old Roma midfielder Francesco Moriero. Moriero is rated in the £6 million range and although he is out of contract at the end of the season Athletico Madrid, Arsenal and Everton have all made recent offers to Roma. Walter Smith said "we had Moriero watched in Italy last weekend. The report I was given from that game was very favourable and I'll continue to keep a close eye on him. He's a quick right sided player which is something we don't have at the moment and he seems to have all the credentials we are looking for." Whenever I have played I've done well so it is a nonsense they're not giving me a game. I'll definitely leave here at the end of the season."
