My dream job would be to take an expansion team and build it from the ground up. Someday I will reach my goal of being an NFL general manager and hopefully this site will get me one step closer to it. If I want that type of position I have to start planning ahead. The first thing I need to have is some sort of philosophy to guide me in the right direction
