This Season:
23 Jan 1999 : Baron has been a huge disappointment for the Canucks this season. Signed as a free agent during the last off-season from the Phoenix Coyotes for over 2 million a year, Baron has not had the steady presence on the blueline that was expected. He is regularily out of position, and his offensive game, which was not his bread and butter in the first place, has all but disappeared. Keenan has cut back on Baron's ice-time considerably.
