Side Hurdler
  • Bent leg should be kept flat with the knee pointing forward.
  • The straight leg should be directly to the side with the knee pointing upward.
  • The arms can also go oout into a "T."
  • Hurkie
  • The body should remain facing sorward while legs are placed directly to both sides.
  • The knee of the bent leg should be facing toward the ground.
  • Front Hurdler
  • The bent knee shouyld be pointing tward the ground.
  • The straight leg should come up to your chest.
  • Toe Touch
  • Despite the name of this jump, you should never actually touch your toes. Reach in front of your feet. Touching them will keep your legs from reaching maximum height.
  • Point your toes!
  • Keep you back and head up.
  • Pike
  • Hands should reach out to the side of your feet.
  • Jump should be performed to the side of the crowd.
