The original groundwork - to turn a bunch of lazy, drunken Scotsmen into the most feared football team in the Suffolk FA - was done by the then manager Stu Mitchell.
It was his good work in showing the boys the way of the "Kebab" that have rifled them to where they are now. Were it not for his brilliance one night in 'Yummies' Kebab (and football tactics) Shop, the team would never have dared have two kebabs in the one visit.
