DAILY JOURNAL COMMENTS:
We woke up at 12:20 after having a great night's sleep and after cleaning up, Brad, Heather, and I went out to get some breakfast/lunch. At first we planned on going to IHOP but we found a Mexican Restaurant on the way so we stopped there. Heather and I had burritos that were "big as your head." They were huge and I didn't think that I would be able to finish it at first but I had no problem once I got started. Brad went to a sushi place next door and brought it over to where we were eating. After lunch, we went over to a local coffee shop and got some drinks. They had some nice couches so we sat down for about 2 hours. I read my book that was required by school while Heather wrote some letters and Brad typed on my laptop. We left the coffee shop and went to the post office to send some letters and then went back to Martha's co-op. We sat for a while to see if anything was organized and to see if anyone knew what was going on the next day. We had no success so I went back to where we were staying and typed for about 2 hours to catch up on a few days worth of journal entries. After this was finished, I went outside and found that dinner had been prepared for us. We had rice with a mixture of vegetables and tofu on top. It may not sound like much but it tasted good. After eating, I called my parents and talked for a little while about the past week. After I got off of the phone, I connected to the Internet for the first time in a while and updated my web page along with getting my new e-mail. After getting off, Brad and I went back over to Martha's co-op and picked up Dan to go to IHOP for dinner. On the way we met up with Cosmus, Israel, Rebecca, and Rachel who were coming back from Taco Bell. I found out that Cosmus had seen two laptops in a place in Madison and asked if they would be willing to donate them to where he works in Zimbabwe. Surprisingly they said yes! After we stopped talking, we went down to IHOP where I had three pancakes, two eggs, hash browns, and bacon for $4. Brad and I went back to Martha's while Dan stayed in town for a while longer. After talking to Matt for a while, I went back to where I was staying and threw in some Laundry before going to bed around 3:00.
