Sausage and Bacon Risotto

4 Sausages, cooked and cut into quarters

4 lean rashers smoked streaky bacon, cut into 1" pieces

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

5oz risotto rice

14oz can chopped tomato

7 fl oz stock

1 courgette, chopped

1 tsp paprika

Salt and Black Pepper

2 tsp fresh Basil, roughly chopped

Dry fry sausage, bacon and onion for two to three minutes

Add rice and all remaining ingredients

Bring to bol, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, giving a occasional stir. If too wet, remove lid for last 5 minutes.
