Wushu is actually a form of Chinese martial arts whose origin dates back to ancient China. In those days, Wushu was used for many purposes. Most of which include fighting, performing and training with the focus of good health. Even Royalties at that time protected themselves by either hiring good fighters, or learning Wushu themselves.
