A 3 day congress including 2 Irish titles Will entice many Go players to Ireland.

The Irish Rapid takes place on the Friday evening followed by the 15th Irish Open on

Saturday & Sunday.

The five-round tournament will be conducted under a McMahon draw, all games will be played with 60 minutes per player and Canadian overtime of 15 stones in five minutes. Japanese rules will be used with a komi of 5.5. All events will be held in The Teachers Club, 36 Parnell Square.

Payment will be accepted at registration for overseas participants. Cheques and bankdrafts must be in Euros and made payable to the Irish Go Association.

Prizes will be awarded for all participants achieving three or more wins in the main tournament.

We recommend that you arrange your accommodation as soon as possible; Dublin has many hotels and some hostel accommodation.
