This is one of our team building activities, called the Spiderweb.  You can't see them in the photo, but there is a bunch of pink strings all tied together that makes a spiderweb.  The object of the game is to get everyone through the web.  You can only use each hole once.  If you touched a thread, two people that already crossed had to go back.  This required a lot of team work, from people on both sides of the web.  I have to say, the coolest thing I saw in team building exercises was when someone ran up, dove through a hole, then did a somersault when she hit the ground.  We made her do it again, and she crashed into the web and broke it.   These exercises were really fun, and made us trust eachother, like you have to do in a fire.
