[12-29-04] - Speeders & Crappy Drivers - I'm so sick and tired of being on the road with people who have no clue how to operate a vehicle. Every time you are out on the road, you come across someone who sucks at driving. I'll be going like 65mph in a 40 zone and someone will start honking their horn & flashing their lights at me because I'm going "too slow". I see people going 90-95mph in 45 zones all of the time. Do they get pulled over by our faithful officers of the law? Nope. Instead, people get pulled over for "impeding traffic" or because a headlight is out. And then there are the people who cut other people off. Ugh!! Some will pass you on a 2-lane road where there is no passing. I have people swerving all over the place, in and out of traffic, passing on the highway ON THE SHOULDER at 80mph. People are crazy!!! And these are the people who cry & wonder why they get into accidents. Hmm...I wonder.

Personality

[12-4-03] - Mindless Zombies - Every single day, I see people and/or have to deal with people who just can't make their own decisions about anything in life. It's rather pathetic. Our society has become so overwhelmed with being accepted instead of being unique. Ever since I was young, I have heard so many people say "Be yourself" or "Don't be sucked in by peer pressure". The problem is that no matter how much people hear these things, they don't listen. People are so afraid of being themselves and acting as individuals because they are afraid people won't like them or accept them. So, most just go with the flow and forget all about individuality. It's really sad. When about 80% of the world is sharing a brain (which they are), it gets rather annoying. People are sheep, plain and simple. They are a bunch of followers who have no originality & no opinions...or they just choose to ignore them in order to fit in. Smoking, drinking, sex, partying, drugs, clothes, cars, friends, types of people they date....all of these things are a part of the "please accept me" syndrome. They desperately want to be "cool" and they will do whatever it takes to achieve that status. And if you question or confront these people, they will get hostile and nasty, telling you off or something. It sucks but it's just the way things are...these people can't be reasoned with or changed. They are brainwashed. They are like robots, all connected to one main computer. A lot of people disagree with me on things due to this. I have my OWN opinions. I have never tried or needed to fit in and I'm a better person because of it. Next time you hear someone say, "If this person jumped off of a bridge, would you jump too?"...realize that the answer for 9 out of 10 people is probably yes. People need to wake up, live their own lives, and stop being so mindless.

Money

[7-24-03] - Money IS Evil...And the Wrong People Have It - Here I am...always been nice to people. Never done anything horrible or malicious to anyone. And yet, I'm sitting here all depressed because I'm broke and constantly getting treated like dirt. And then you have these celebrities that kill people, rape people, do all kinds of drugs, and are just all-around horrible people. But they sit in their mansion or drive around in these ridiculous vehicles. So what is wrong with this picture?? Man, this is one messed up world. We can all hope that it either gets turned around (which isn't likely) or gets destroyed. Cuz quite honestly, when there are guys making money off of the fact that they killed people, it makes me sick. Or better yet, look at the druggies in pro sports. Actually, not just druggies, but just bad people and criminals in pro sports...and they are making millions of dollars for playing a game half of the year or less. And there are people in the music industry that are "singing" and making "music" who are running around with more money then they know what to do with. Don't mind the fact that most can't sing...they either scream or are making weird sounds that most can't understand. And don't worry that they go around killing people or anything. What's the deal?? Tiger Woods can make more just for wearing a Nike hat at ONE PGA event than most hard working people will make in over a month...maybe even a year...who knows. It's nuts.
