Tom Green started his show in Canada a while ago and it was recently brought to MTV. He is a comedian who shows a number of clips he has recorded while going out on the street doing crazy things. Some of the things he has done is dress in scuba gear and dive into water fountains in malls to collect the coins, take over a store's intercom system, and numerous pranks on his parents. I've been watching since it started and although he can be gross at times, the show is pretty funny. It's on Thursday Nights.
