Quite a night at Frontier Field. The Orioles and Wings first faced off with a homerun competition, which the O's took 10-8. Then the main event started and it was a pretty good game! Tony Tarasco hit a homerun in the first pitch of the game for the O's, which turned out to be their only run. The Wings came back and took the lead. Bullett doubled and Tommy Davis had a multiple hit game to help the Wings win. Schrenk started and pitched well and Bennett took the save and sent home 13,723 fans happy.
The Wings have taken a series lead over the O's with a record of 14-13-1 now. Cal Ripken went 0-2 today. The Wings return to league play tomorrow with a doubleheader at Frontier. The PawSox lost to Norfolk giving the Wings a full game lead on first now.
