The Wings poor play in McCoy continued as they lost 9-3 with the PawSox hitting five homeruns! Schrenk started and allowed seven of those runs (four of the homers) in five innings. Lou Frazier did have two hits and had his second homer in four nights to provide for much of the Wings offense. Mike Berry also doubled for the Wings providing the other RBI.
The PawSox slashed the Wings lead to six, so the Wings will need to turn around their brutal play in McCoy or they could see a much less substancial lead surface in a hurry. The Wings continue the series in McCoy tomorrow.
