Pawtucket: 8 Rochester: 4

Well, the good news is the Wings are done with McCoy for the regular season (as you well know the Wings play has been horrible there and Foley has been very critical of the parks downfalls), the bad news is if they don't salvage a game against the PawSox at Frontier in one of these next two games first place could be very much in doubt meaning the Wings would have to win a game in McCoy come playoff time. Ramirez was no match for the PawSox lineup as he got banged up for seven runs in four innings (he replaced Yan in the rotation). Coleman had three hits for the PawSox spurring on the victory.

Otanez was superb for the Wings yet again with a homer and three hits! Tim Laker also had three hits in the loss. Unfortunately, with all the callups the Wings are left with a banged up starting rotation, lets hope someone steps up as the division title is suddenly in doubt, and with all the great things that has happened with this club I'd hate to see that happen. Foley had mentioned he will look to Bowie for reinforcements in the rotation as Bowie has some strong starters (even though a sweep in McCoy is nothing new, the rotation is suddenly questionable). The Wings return home for two against the PawSox and four against Toledo, lets pack Frontier and help them turn this back around!
