The Wings sweep the doubleheader with a thrilling game two win. Schrenk started for the Wings and the only runs he allowed were in the fourth to make it 2-1 Scranton(A Zuber homerun). The Wings then tied the game up in the fifth and the game would not be deceided until the tenth. The Wings then took the game and swept the doubleheader sending home 7,206 fans very happy.
Rod Steph took the win in relief and Blazier took the loss for Scranton. The Wings are now a quite impressive 22-11, easily exceeding everyones expectations!
