The Wings continued their dominance of Syracuse with a 4-0 win in front of 5,857 fans at Price Champion Stadium. This game only saw one half inning of scoring, as the Wings put four on the board in the sixth. Danny Clyburn hit his sixteenth homer of the year which was a three run shot in the inning. Rick Krivda took care of the rest. He pitched a nine inning, three hitter. He had nine strikeouts while only walking two.
The Wings improve to 11-0 against Syracuse and have won thirteen of fourteen games! The PawSox dropped a game in Norfolk so the Wings now lead the Sox by 2 1/2 games. The Wings now head south for two series.
