County were on the road again when they journeyed to Aberdeen on league business.
The first half was a fairly even contest with both teams having spells of pressure, but not creating too many clear-cut chances.
The second half saw Aberdeen taking more control of the game as County's players were perhaps feeling the effects of their second match in three days.
Two well-worked goals gave the Dons command of the game and although County created a couple of half chances they could not make in-roads into Aberdeen's lead.
