COUNTY BATTLE HARD
St Mirren U-18s 3; ROSS COUNTY U-18s 1

Ross County travelled to Paisley and played St Mirren. Although they battled hard in the first half County found themselves a goal down when St Mirren scored direct from a free kick.

Early in the second half the home club scored again with another free kick. They quickly followed this up with a third.

A Robert DUNCANSON header near the end was some consolation for County but it was too late to affect the final result.

Ross County U-18: Rice; Wilson, Bolochoweckyj, Hill, Lamb (Keldie), NIcholl (C McKay), Blackley, McAskill, Young, Duncanson and Jack. Unused Sub: Shearer (gk).
