FRIDAY
1.00 PM - Gates of the City opened to receive visitors - (i.e.. Registrations open at Ballina RSL - River Street)
5.30 PM - Bar opens for 'happy hour' - Friday Night 'House of Friendship' with complimentary wine & cheese tasting, layed back 60's to 90's music (all free). A sumptuous carvery has been made available for us by the RSL and is available at extra cost ($20 PP).
8.00 PM - free FIREWORKS on river in front of RSL - just for ROTARY
Relax - Enjoy - Revive (and just enjoy other Rotarians company).
SATURDAY
7.00 AM - Breakfast for 'Generals','new citizens' & 'new Generals',(Presidents, 1st Timers & Presidents Elect) - (catered for by the Ballina RSL on their new Board walk by ticket only).
8.00 AM - Coliseum (Auditorium) opens to welcome Caesar's, Centurion's, Legions, Citizens (and selected Slaves) - well, that just about includes everyone!
8.15 AM - Call to Order - Legion Dessus (Chairman DGN Des Lawson) - Fire Drill & formalities
8.18 AM - Introduction of Legionnaires Neil McPhillips & Bill Leather (dual MC's) - Highlights of Conference
8.25 AM - 'Triumphal March In' - Official Party enters - National Anthem
8.30 AM - Introduction of DG Ross Forgione ( Caesar Rossus Forgious IX ) - DG's Welcome
8.40 AM - Introduction of Hon. Don Page
Welcome address & Official Opening - Hon. Don Page
8.50 AM - Electronic Flag Parade by Exchange Students.
