Worm Dirt
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream Cheese, at room temperature
2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 stick Margarine, at room temperature
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
5 c. Cold Milk
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (cream removed & cookies crushed)
Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar with beater until well-blended. Set aside.
In separate bowl, combine milk with pudding mix. Add whipped topping and blend
well. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese and beat well.
Line new 9" clay flower pot with foil or plastic wrap. Layer cookie crumbs first,
then add a thick layer of cream mixture. Continue layering until all ingredients are
used. End layers with a thick layer of crushed cookies. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Decorate with gummy worms and/or plastic flowers. Serve with a new garden
spade instead of a spoon.
Flea Cake
1 Lemon Cake Mix
1 sm. Lemon Instant Pudding
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Oil
4 Eggs
4 t. Poppy Seeds
Mix all ingredients together for 3 min. at high speed. Pour into a greased
& floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 mins. Turn onto wire rack
after cool to the touch.
Kitty Litter Cake
1 Spice or German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 White Cake Mix
1 lg. pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 pkg. White Sandwich Cookies
Green Food Coloring
12 sm. Tootsie Rolls
1 New Kitty Litter Box
1 New Kitty Litter Box Liner
1 New Pooper Scooper
Prepare cake mixes and bake according to box directions(any size pan). Prepare
pudding, chill until ready to assemble. Crumble sandwich cookies in a food processor
or with a rolling pin. Set aside all but 1/4 cup. To the 1/4 cup of crumbs, add a few
drops of green food coloring and mix using fork or shake in a jar.
When cakes are cooled to room temperature, crumble into a large bowl. Toss with
half the remaining cookie crumbs and chilled pudding. You probably won't need
all the pudding, mix the cake and feel it, you don't want it soggy, just moist;
gently combine. Line the litter box. Put mixture into box.
Put 3 unwrapped tootsie rolls in microwave safe dish and heat until softened. Shape
ends so they are no longer blunt, curving slightly. Repeat with 3 more tootsie rolls
and bury in cake misture. Sprinkle the other half of cookie crumbs over top.
Scatter green crumbles lightly over top (chlorophll in cat litter). Heat 3 tootsie rolls
in microwave until almost melted. Scrape them on top of the cake and sprinkle with
cookie crumbs. Spreading remaining tootsie rolls over top; take one and heat until
pliable, hang over side of litter box, sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Dirt Cups
2 c. Cold Milk
1 sm. Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 (8 oz.) Whipped Topping, thawed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (cream removed & cookies crushed)
Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk until well-blended,
1-2 mins. Let stand 5 min. Stir in whipped topping and half of crushed cookies.
Fill 8 custard cups 3/4 full with pudding mix. Top with remaining crushed cookies.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Decorate before serving with gummy worms, frogs or candy flowers.
