Services offered:
1. Hanging Venetian Blinds and drapes. I have the tools and an assortment of hardware to tackle almost any job.
Venetian Blinds: 10$N for the first one, 7$N each for the following ones. Hardware must be purchased(I buy hardware at reasonable prices and will supply at cost).
Draperies: 20$ for the first hour and 10$N for each additional or part hour. Hardware is again cash and will be quoted if you wish.
Hardware can also be paid in Canadian Tire coupons or Pioneer coupons.

2. Light Assembly - Have you bought a desk or a stand alone unit in a box and the instructions don’t quite make sense? I enjoy a good puzzle and haven’t been stumped yet. If you have a challenge, the first hour or part is 20$ any additional hours are 10$ per hour. I have done most projects in the first hour (except one really complicated computer desk with a hutch that took me four hours).

3. Yard Clean up and property maintenance: Lawn care, planting, leaf mulching, lawn edging, flower bed weeding, etc. Quoted on a per property basis at a rate of 20$ per hour. Rubbish removal must be paid in cash for dump fees. All work is done by a professional crew.

3A. It’s not too early to think about your spring projects and needs to plan these events. If you need a shed built, deck repaired, clothesline installed or repaired there are many handy men (and women) that are willing and able to consult, recommend or specify and complete the job for you (including interior and exterior painting).

4. High utility bills? Consider the sun as an alternate source of heat and electricity. Installation of auxiliary generators, solar panels, photo voltaic solar panels (they are not cheap), DC wiring to standard, power inventers, storage battery maintenance, and energy education by a lifetime energy specialist who is passionate about developing the most gain in your home. The industry pays me $70 federal dollars per hour for my contract work. My cost to you is 20$ per hour. Initial consultation - a flat rate of 25$ (usually 1.5 hours).

It is a 6 week programme that teaches you step by step how to energize for the 21st century. Cost $45 + $28 materials fee.
