Oh once upon a soft night's winds,
A faerie princess drifted in.
The stars that night twinkled extra bright,
And the bells on her feet rang so loud.
I closed the door so mother won't hear
And opened my windows to let them in.
They all flew in fluttering their wings,
And sang in sweet lovely tunes.
"Faerie Garden,
Faerie Magick and
Faerie friends."
"Oh join us little one
With bright pink cheeks,
Your laughter and cheer"
"Follow us
And onto
The Faerie castle
In our enchanted ring."
I smiled in wonder,
And giggled with glee
Happy with an invite to
A place filled with fantasy.
A quick nod of my head,
And a flurry of wings
A few muttered spells
Ad fluttering gestures.
In the blink of an eye,
Ad a look filled with wonder,
Off was I,
Into the Faerie ring!
